(English) Viktoria is a stewardess who had the misfortune of breaking her heel while in the air due to extreme turbulence. Whether it was the cabin pressure or whatever it's not heeling correctly and she has been in a cast contraption with her ankle permanently angled down and a heel bar for many weeks. It looks like there is no end in site. Worse yet she's always had a particularly long big toes which she is self-conscious about and one of them is now permanently sticking out for everyone to see.
