Cleopatra and Mr. Marcus were playing a game of "bottoms up" if you answer a question wrong you have to take a drink. Mr. Marcus was getting Cleopatra pissed off because he was acting up during the game. Finally she was fed up and had enough. Instead of Mr. Marcus taking a drink, he had to take her shoes off and get to working on them toes.
