While being interrogated by Officer REBECCA about a parking offense, the fool makes a derogatory comment about her. BIG MISTAKE!! A vicious punch in the belly puts him flat on his face where she kicks him with her high-heel boots. Now she's pissed off! She spits on him and whips him with a whip before handcuffing him.
