There is no question here that he is letting Olga "win". He is of course much larger and stronger than her. But who really is "winning". She may have him scissorlocked around the head but he fights back in the best way for you the viewer as his only defense is to spread her ass wide to expose a gaping asshole which is something you just don't ever see in a scissorlock video.
