He said " Definitely this sitting double ankle hold, when she sat on my chest an crossed her ankles on my throat and then started pushing down on her knees for more leverage and more pressure ... this added with her full weight on my thoracic cage, it's hell on earth! Also when she modified the classic old school hand hold to a " plank" double hand hold, balancing most of her weight to my neck ... I saw stars !!
