Blondie, the undefeated fighting champion is being interviewed by Scott Torvea and shows him several basic exercises she does while she's traveling.

In this clip, Blondie discusses her talents and fitness prep while standing in a gray sports bra and short black exercise shorts. She explains how her nutrition and training patterns help her maximize her strength, especially against her male competitors–every single one of which she has destroyed. When she’s on the road, Blondie sticks to her strict training schedule. She proceeds to show Scott some of her favorite exercises.

The camera shows close-ups of her muscular back, glutes, and triceps as she does push-ups on the ground. Next, she begins to do side lunges which emphasize the muscles in her legs, glutes, and hamstrings. Once again, the camera shows close-ups of these muscle groups as they flex. When she begins to do jump squats, you can see her quads flex as the camera zooms in on her glutes, legs, and muscular calves, once again. There are even more close-ups as she shows Scott several different lunge variations.

At the end of the workout, Scott asks Blondie to flex her muscles as he brings the camera close to examine her muscles one more time. She flexes her calves, quads, glutes, and biceps for him as he zooms the camera in. She ends with a double bicep pose and then turns around so he can see her back muscles flex as well. Scott concludes the interview and wishes Blondie good luck on her next fight.
