The scene opens showing Macy floating ass up over a pool noodle and Lew adding ropes. Then underwater we see that she is tied wrist/ankle and has a regulator in her mouth. Switch back to topside and Lew has a singletail whip in his hand! Once he starts all we hear is Macys lovely sounds.
