Eva's poor tummy is upset after stuffing herself to maximum capacity with tons of fried chicken. All the grease is working its way through her digestive system now, and all that heavy chicken is just sitting there in her belly. Her belly is so round and is bulging way out, and it's so uncomfortable it's making her miserable. She sits on the couch, rubbing her belly and moaning in discomfort and trying to make her stomach ache go away. She ate way too much fried chicken, she should have known it would make her feel miserable. Her round bulging belly looks so disproportionate to the rest of her slender, toned frame, She lays on her side, hoping that will take some of the pressure off her stomach, but that doesn't feel any better and her belly almost looks bigger in that position, like the food shifted inside of it and expanded it even larger. She sits back up and leans back a bit, and her belly bulges out even more in that position and just looks enormous and so stuffed. You can tell how awful she feels, so full and so exhausted and kind of ill. It's going to take her digestive system a long time to handle all that fried chicken and she will be dealing with this stomach ache all night long. And that huge belly isn't getting any smaller any time soon!
