My belly quickly swells up until it's enormous and I suddenly realize I'm about to give birth like... right now. I panic and quickly remove all my clothes and lay back with my legs spread wide. I alternate between grabbing my belly and grabbing my knees as I moan and scream out. Finally it cuts to black mid-scream, insinuating that birth has begun. To simulate belly growth, I had my belly out of frame in the beginning, and then scooted back to reveal my belly fully covered with my black clothing and therefore appearing smaller, and then slowly pulled my shirt up and skirt down to reveal my "growing" belly.
