This corporate exec has been captured by her competitor. When she tried to resist, she kicked him and he retaliated by tying her to the chair and her with a tight toe-taping! Her knees are tightly bound, her big toes and second toes are duct taped together, and wire connects her toes to her knee rope. She tied to a chair with her hands behind her back.
