I tried to ice skate and fell on my ass! When I fell, I twisted my ankle somehow and now have a bad sprain! My toes are swollen and throbbing, and my ankle sprain hurts so bad! I can't even get dressed so I had to stay in my pajamas all day! I try out the crutches, and they seem to be really hurting my armpits! I should have never tried to ice skate!
