Jamie is sitting on a chair with her hands and feet zip tied as she waits for the officer to come in and explain why he restrained her. Frustrated and stomping her feet, the officer finally comes in. He explains he will need to handcuff her while he runs a check on her. He adds a pair of silver cuffs and then shackles her ankles. She walks around for a few minutes while he runs the report.
