Harley returns to find Puppet Master tied up! Joker sneaks up on her, and then she finds herself tied to a chair too!

Finally after a bit of struggling, Harley manages to escape!

But it only gets worse for Harley, as it seems Puppet Master has now sided with the Joker, and Harley finds herself tied up yet again!

Will the Puppet Master come to his senses and help Harley, or was this all just a setup by the Joker?
