The Cowboy and BWI's resident "bad boy" Bronco Bill wants to take on newcomer and B-List celebrity star Vic Valentine. Bill thinks he can win by giving Vic a Stinkface, but Vic is able to escape and use Bill's own rope against him, tying him up and Stinkfacing him!
