Scarlet Witch's cape is missing and she suspects Poison Ivy stole it. Scarlet Witch is bigger and stronger and uses this to advantage by picking up Ivy and parading her around the ring. But Poison Ivy is no dummy; she knows Scarlet Witch is very ticklish.
