I have this weird belief that the more I sneeze the faster whatever virus that is making me sick will leave my body. I know it's probablyyyy not true but why not use it as an excuse to sneeze more, right? So when I'm in the bath I use a rolled up tissue and start poking inside my nose. My nose is running and I'm so sniffly and finally start to sneeze. I keep poking until I've sneezed enough that I'm satisfied.
