It is exactly what it sounds like, I take ingredients for a delicious salad and put them in my ass to give them that extra delicious special ingredient.
I use tomatoes, peppers, croutons, an apple, a carrot, maybe some other yummy stuff, but most importantly, I use a cucumber to open up my tight little asshole.
