Keri is showing her friend Cali a new remote she invented. This remote supposedly has the ability to control people, but Cali doesn't believe it. In fact, Cali goes a step too far and openly mocks Keri not only for wasting her time, but for believing something like this in the first place.

Annoyed with Cali, Keri uses the remote. Cali immediately enters a trance-like state. She then stands, strips, and then salutes as she waits for more orders.
