Catwoman finds herself in a bind....she has been capture, tied up and perfectly tape gagged by the superheroine extraordinaire, Batgirl! While Batgirl runs off to call the police to haul the no good villain away, Catwoman manages to free herself.

When Batgirl struts proudly back in, all she sees is a pile of ropes laying on the floor. Confused, she begins to search around for Catwoman who seemingly comes out of no where and Hand Over Mouth gags he out.
