Batgirl has been asked by the chief of police to look into a case that was thought to be closed. Dr. Doomsday is once again on the loose and on a mission to send the planet into hysteria by hoaxing the apocalypse.

Batgirl must do everything in her power to stop the evil villain, and wants to go it alone. She doesn't realize that Dr. Doomsday not only has access to many powerful weapons, but she also has adapted them to be even more lethal.
