Dr.Nose continues the examination by poking around Tilly’s nose, pinching quite a few times, then she decides to move on to the oxygen mask. Supposedly, this will make Tilly’s nostril cavities widen with each deep breath! Ooop—out Tilly goes! She must have breathed in too deep! While Tilly is laying there, Dr.Nose puts a clothes pin right on the tip of Tilly’s nose that makes her start snoring. How cute! Dr.Nose then switches to a metal clip on Tilly’s nose, ultimately concluding that she doesn’t know what’s wrong.

Tilly slowly starts to open her eyes, but Dr.Nose isn’t done with her yet! She pinches Tilly’s nose in a hand-over-mouth smother until she goes back out for a longer nose examination. After yet more nose play, Tilly suddenly snaps away and slaps the oxygen mask right onto Dr.Nose’s face! Dr.Nose plops over and Tilly makes quick work to try out all of Dr.Nose’s medical toys. First, she pinches a metal clip on Dr.Nose’s nose, making it even tighter! Then after more prodding and q-tipping, Tilly decides to have even more nose pinching, hand-over-mouth smothering fun!
