She finds out the collar stops her getting up off of all fours and allows Harley to zap her when she fancies. BatCali is to do some puppy things like play fetch, drink out a bowl, shake, roll ...

Once Harley has had her fun she brings out a bowl of food and makes BatCali eat it. It is laced with a special potion that will alter BatCalis mind and make her think she actually is a . Finally the Joker arrives (silent POV) and gets to receive his present – BatCali who is now completely puppified!!
