Looks like Batgirl, aka Cali Logan, has gotten all caught up in another Harley Quinn trap! BatCali is wearing a pair of big white goggles... that is scrambling her little bat brains!! BatCali moans, rolls her head around, coos like a dummy, and is clearly losing her mind! Harley Quinn walks into the scene and talks to the camera, i.e. the citizens of Gotham, to let them know that their beloved Batgirl is now bat-scrambled. Her brain is total garbage!
