Special Agent Sonia Harcourt is performing an autopsy on a zombie-like being. She talks to a recorder about the case as she examines it. It was found bound with scraps of fabric, which is now lying in a pile next to the body.

The body stirs a bit and she thinks she’s seeing things. When she turns around, the body wakes up and grabs her. It doesn’t speak and moves like a zombie. It ties her up with the fabric strips. Her hands are tied behind back, and legs and body tied haphazardly by the creepy creature.
