Vonka is sitting at a desk when Gary sits in the desk next to her. He finds scissors and a watch in his desk and he begins seeing what it does. He asks what happened to everyone and why they got quiet. Gary notices that the watch froze Vonka. So he freezes her again and then takes the scissors and begins cutting her skirt, just a little bit. Gary unfreezes Vonka and she sees him looking at her funny so she is about to move. Until he wonders where she is going and makes her freeze again. Cutting her skirt some more, then unfreezes her.
