Batgirl has been broken down by Catwoman and her trusty kittens. They have framed her for running a cathouse and "koke" ring, all the while broadcasting her embarrassing punishment for all of Gotham to see. Little do the good people know that she is under their mind control and its all a bunch of lies that Catwoman is using to gain the trust of the city and ruin Batgirl's perfect reputation.
