Ultragirl Cali is looking for the witch's, Lydia Lael, spellbook. As she is looking Lydia walks in and sees Cali looking for it. Lydia says freeze and from there she has full control of Cali. Lydia gives Cali wedgies with her not liking it. Then Lydia makes it to where Cali likes the wedgies for a short while. Lydia wants Cali to not enjoy them so easily.
