Tilly McReese goes in for an exam with Dr.Nose. She’s having some weird itchy congestion issues that caused her to smell smoke for the last three days! Dr.Nose asks where the pressure is in her face then slowly runs the tip of her finger down the bridge of Tilly’s nose. The pressure is right at the top! Dr.Nose decides to exam closer by pushing the end of Tilly’s nose upward, getting a long view up her nose! Then she gives Tilly a nice good pinch! Oh, that’s kind of tender!
