The city's safety inspector, Cali Logan has shut down the office in order to conduct investigations. She insists on looking into everything, under things and over things. Unfortunately, her clothing is not robust enough for the task and gradually she becomes more and more disheveled and undressed until she leaves the office with a lot less than she came in with.
