It's one long day for Mary working at the Dr.'s office, as a domestic. She's on her feet all day. It's hard work, but today Mary has to take a break. Just as she sits down for a moment, the Doctor catches her. But being a nice, kind man, he offers her some treatment for her poor aching feet. Mary is overwhelmed by his generosity. He starts off with a foot massage, but it soon leads into a rather unusual tickling session. Mary's feet have stopped aching, but her cheek bones are now in pain from laughter!
