I'm wearing my nerdiest glasses, but I have a better use for them than for my eyesight. I take them off and suck the arm of my glasses so it's lubricated with spit, then I stick it up my nose! I push it in and out of my nose, slowly, a little way at first, then as far as I can. I take it out of my nose and lick the arm again, tasting it, before putting it up my other nostril. I continue licking and swapping between nostrils, and show you from the front and the side.
