Custom: I use a dental pick to clean in between my teeth and to scrape any stains off them! At first I have my hand mirror taped to a chair in front of my so both my hands could be free for my mouth and then I hold the mirror and re check my front teeth! I spread my lips and give you a good look at all my teeth!
