You've wandered over to Charlotte while she's resting in the park. After briefly looking at her foot, you hop up on her leg and make your way up to her waist. Unfortunately this wakes up Charlotte right away, she thinks your a bug but realizes right away you're a tiny person. You don't wander off so she puts her hand out and lets you hop into her palm.
