You're exploring Hannah's body and taking your time wandering up to her chest. She's resting so you don't think there's much of a problem. That is until she wakes up and doesn't seem too happy. After being woken up she threatens to step on you to punish you. She talks to you trying to convince you to let her squish you. Meanwhile Hannah's foot is propped up with it's imposing sole facing you. In the end you accept by going to her foot and she steps down on you.
