Rachel is excited because she's caught a tiny person. As usual, she has lots of wonderful dialogue talking about her feet and squishing you. She switches closeup views of her soles as she continues to contemplate what she wants to do. In the end you're left staring at the ball of her foot. There is some clatter from the camera in this one since it uses our older camera.
