This is a sequel to Parents In Her Cake Hole and Cake's parents are still shrunken down in this one. She's decided to have some more fun with them and lowers her step-dad down into her mouth first. This one includes additional lighting so for the first time you can see better views of Cake's wonderful mouth. Both parents are eventually popped in and Cake plays with them lightly with her teeth and throwing them around on her tongue. They sometimes fall out, but they're not going to get away.
