Second clip - day 1
My first change: I had both maxi pad protection as well as a tampon- both needed to be changed. I talk about the different pad and tampon brands, their absorbances while comparing them. I'm getting ready to go to bed so I remove my bra and examine my breast swelling while updating you on my cramps and mood.
