It's been over a year since I've filmed my nasty cough and going on 23 years smoking it's not getting any better! Mornings are usually the worst when the throat bite from my cigarette hits hard. With each cough, clearing my lungs, I spit phlegm into a baggie (even I'm interested to see what I cough up!)
