Kat and Amber are best friends, but Kat has a problem--her annoying step-brother Marco. He's determined to make her life a living Hell and his newest way to do it is by blasting her out of the house with his loud music. Fortunately, Amber knows how to take care of annoying brothers. Knowing that Marco has a crush on her, Amber uses this to her advantage and soon has Marco bound to a chair for his makeover and photoshoot.
