Sixth formers Phillips and Stewart are earning a reputation as bullies. When they threaten a junior girl with a rifle down at the rifle range, they have gone too far. They are sent to their house master, Mr Henry Millington. They are told to arrive dressed in punishment gowns so they are in no doubt what is going to happen to them. Mr Millington strongly dislikes bullying and does not hesitate to give any bully a very sound thrashing. (CA17)
