Nurses Karen and Anna intensely annoy Dr Dogood when they spend all their time looking after a wealthy pop star, to the detriment of the other patients. He calls them in and fires them on the spot. They plead for their jobs and to be caned instead of being dismissed. Reluctanly, Dr Dogood agrees. He produces his whippyiest cane and selects Karen for the first thrashing; not for the squeamish, this caning. Karen's bottom glows red at the end!
