This is the second part of the Blair clip. After she has been driven around for awhile her captor things she is just moving and struggling way to much. He then pulls the van over and hops in the back with her. The two of them struggle a bit but he grabs another piece of rope and starts tying her into a ball. He then puts a nice tight cinch in the rope pulling her knees tight up to her chest. He then attaches her ankles into the new tight tie and soon she is not going anyway where. He grabs her high heels and slams the door shut when he gets out. Before long the van is moving again.,
