Officer Kaine is dispatched to check on a suspicious van parked in a garage. She arrives to find the van backed in the garage and nobody around. It is all locked up tight and she cannot see in it. Suddenly the does swing open and she is caught off guard and pulled inside and the doors shut behind her. She is knocked out in the struggle and awakes to find out she has been taken hostage, cuffed with her own handcuffs, and tied up with rope on the rest of her body, along with her mouth sealed with microfoam tape.
