Batgirl is getting ready to go out and fight crime, She has on her boots, suit and cape and is just about to put on her mask when the door opens. She is surprised to see a female police officer walk in and even more surprised when the officer pushes her back and cuffs her! The officer is sick of vigilantes taking the law into their own hands and she's going to do something about it! She gives her a good talking to while she shackles her ankles then gags her with a yellow bandana to stop her from yelling out for help!
