When last we left Bella she was tightly lashed to a chair, thrashing helplessly.

Her captivity continues, this time she's frog tied on the floor in just her underwear and pantyhose, with a large ball gag in her mouth. She shakes her chest, wiggles her toes and makes a right fuss of things. It does absolutely nothing to loosen the ropes. No amount of bucking or thrashing helps.
