She probably should have been paying attention because I'm able to easily sneak up on her and grab her. I stuff a wad of pantyhose in her mouth and cover it with a tight bit of fabric. She's bent over the table, given a few swats on her bottom then taken away.

Bella soon finds herself tied to a chair. Even better I've connected my camera to the TV so she can watch herself struggling. It doesn't really seem to improve her mood though. Some people are just so surly... ...
