After a few minutes of struggling, Alba removes Laura's gag and asks her how things are going. Laura pretends that all is OK, in the hope to be freed, but her ordeal is just beginning.
The step two of the therapy sees Laura's bare feet securely tied to a coffee table, as to keep her soles in full view, obliging Laura to cope with her shyness. Her big toes are tied, too, while her mouth is sealed by several pieces of tape. To make the therapy even more shocking, Alba invites Raimondo, a foot-fetish patient of hers, to stare at Laura's gorgeous and helpless feet, yet without permission to touch them. Alba pretends that Laura is a voluntary assistant and Laura, being gagged, cannot unveil the truth. Alba's devious plan is actually to treat both Raimondo's and Laura's mental diseases in one shot: crossed therapies.
Raimondo's session is successful. When he goes away, Alba tells Laura that she's ready for step three. Laura struggles desperately, when suddenly James (Laura's step-brother) shows up. James is surprised to find his step-sister bound and gagged in a doctor's office. Alba tries to justify herself, saying that Laura is consenting, but once ungagged Laura tells the truth to James, that quickly immobilizes the mad doctor.
In the following scene, Alba is tape gagged and in a tight hogtie, laying on her own sofa. Before leaving, Laura takes off Alba's heels and brings them away as a sort of refund for the ordeal she had to suffer.
Alba struggles for a few minutes, then Raimondo returns in the office and, seeing Alba totally immobilized in her bare feet, he can't help but taking advantage of it.
