So, she puts Stella in a tight hogtie on the floor, before leaving her alone struggling in a last desperate attempt to get free.

After a while, Raimondo shows up in the apartment. When he sees Stella hogtied and gagged, he realizes that the plan failed utterly, therefore he says to a terrified (and still hogtied) Stella that she’s going to dearly pay for it.
