Stella is a glamour model with ambitions of acting so she would like to perform in classy photo shoots with serious producers. She's not very willing to accept to work for Tony, a photographer much into fetish and bondage. To convince her that she would be cool in a bondage photo shoot, he sent her a bondage comic. In the first scene we se Stella on the bed wearing flip flops, capri pants and a top, who is reading the comic Tony sent her. Without reaching the end she closes the volume and calls Tony on the phone. She tells him that she doesn't want to be tied like in the comic, so she allows only a glamour session. She closed the communication, then goes into the living room and does some dance moves with the wooden pole . In another room, Alba, a masked catsuit burglar enters through a window, looks around and goes to the room. Stella is always intent on her exercises and she doesn't notice Alba coming up behind her and putting a hand on her mouth. She tells her to shut up and asks if there are ropes in the house. The terrorized Stella nods.
Then we see Stella sitting on a chair, with wrists crossed behind her back. She asks Alba who she is and what's going on. Alba explains she's is on the run from the police and she needs a place to hide for a few hours. Stella says she can stay with her, but to untie her hands because she doesn't like being tied up and she will behave well. Alba doesn't trust her and tells her to be okay or she'll tie her up much worse. She looks around to check that everything is closed and Stella snaps to the front door trying to open it. Alba runs towards her and Stella calls for her help, but Alba presses a hand on her mouth while she with her other arm surrounds her bust and pushes her away from the door. As she drags them away from the door, Stella loses her flip-flops.
Back to the bedroom, we see Stella tied on the bed, hands crossed behind her back, with several turns of rope at the torso and legs tied in three places (ankles, above and below the knees), gagged with knotted cleave. She struggles for a minute, then Alba enters and tells her that, if she hadn't tried to call for her help now she would be much more comfortable. She leaves her alone and Stella again tries to escape, from what feels an unbearable constriction. She gets out of bed, then opens the bedroom door by grabbing the handle with her feet, manages to get up and hops in the corridor towards the entrance door. She gets to the door but can't open it. After a few futile attempts, she hears a knock on the door. She tries to make herself heard moaning, but Alba promptly arrives, who "pulls her up" to her feet and handgags her. Stella tries in vain to free herself from Alba's grip. Tony's voice can be heard from outside. He tells her that he’ll return tomorrow. With Tony gone, Alba tells Stella that she'll have to tie her up even more securely.
In the next scene Stella is tied sitting on the floor to the exercise pole, even more trussed up than before hands crossed behind the pole. She is not gagged. Alba is kneeling behind her and is tightening the last knot. Stella begs her not to leave her tied up like that, but Alba doesn't trust her and needs to buy time before she can notify the police. However, she has understood that "the guy at the door" will arrive the next morning and she will be able to free her. Stella then tells her about her situation, that Tony is a photographer obsessed with barefoot bondage and that if he finds her in that condition tomorrow, she doesn't know what will happen. Alba pretends to sympathize, she says she knows that kind of person well and has a solution in mind. Alba goes to get Stella’s flip-flops and places them next to her feet. She tells her that her foot maniacs are especially poked at the sight of plants, so Stella just needs to put on her flip-flops and she should, perhaps, be okay. Easy, right? But ... Alba does not forget the TWO attempts to call for help, so to make things more "interesting" she ties her toes tightly, amid Stella’s desperate protests. Annoyed by Stella’s screams, Alba gags her more tightly (stuffing + cleave + black self adhesive tape). Once Stella is gagged.Alba tells her that to put on the flip-flops she will first have to free her toes, and she better be able to, because tied toes poke barefoot bondage lovers more than anything else. Alba leaves the apartment. Stella struggles desperately trying at least to untie her big toes.
Day after. Tony arrives, finds the door open, enters to find Stella still tied up agonizing for the long captivity. Tony, however, does not free Stella. He walks around her, admiring her. He thinks she wanted to surprise him by getting tied up by a professional rigger and compliments her about her feet, which he had never fully shown him. Enthusiastic and excited, he takes pictures from all angles, especially the feet, while Stella moans desperately. When it finishes, Tony kneels next to the furious Stella and ungags her. Stella insults him, tells him about Alba and how she was tied up against her will, but Tony agrees that she is still professionally tied and that the photo session turned out great for him. Stella gets mad, warns him not to show anyone those photos and orders him to delete them after untying them. Tony understands that if he frees Stella he will not have him publish the service, so he regags her with cleave gag and leaves, leaving the poor Stella angry and frustrated
