It's raining and really cold out & Penelope has an appointment that she needs to make She decides that she will take the Electra which probably wasn't the best decision. She gets in and tries to get the car started but of course it won't. She pumps the pedal with urgency as she usually does in attempt to get the car to respond, however, she's not getting very far.
